Access Your Heart's Wisdom
Shamanic Healing focuses on peeling away the layers of perception, and reconnecting with the authentic self. By consulting with benevolent, compassionate helping spirits, I help you remove the blockages that prevent you from achieving your full potential or to heal from an old, unexpressed wounds.
Along the way, I'll assign you homework that will enable to you to reconnect to the wisdom of your heart while building your unique independent spiritual practice.
Telling Your Soul's Story
Each shamanic healing session will establish a core issue you wish to address. Like one-on-one coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and set an intention.
The energy work begins once we open sacred space and call in our helping spirits. You’ll relax in a seated or reclined position, and I will interact with your Luminous Energy Field. This experience will feel very similar to a deep meditation or shavasana after a yoga class.
Once the session is complete, we’ll take time to debrief and make space for questions.
Shamanic Healing is Based on Personal Empowerment
My role as your Shamanic Guide is to create the conditions to activate your inner healer. I create the conditions and provide the guidance so that you can connect with your helping spirits, your authentic self, and soul’s purpose.
Once this connection is established, you access your own unique wisdom. You become your own healer.

Time Investment
Shamanic Healing is best delivered in 75-minute increments.
This form of energy medicine is effective both in-person and remotely. I offer the majority of my sessions over Zoom.
For long-standing issues like anxiety, stress, burnout or grief, I recommend a series of 3 - 6 sessions. However, shamanic healing doesn't require a long-term commitment. Once an issue is resolved in the energy field, it requires limited emotional processing.
If you’re looking for an energy boost or help with a more specific issue, I suggest a single session.
